    I was a Lenicom customer in 2000 when Emend acquired their customer base. We certainly weren't looking to change, but Lenicom was done, Emend was at the door and the work got done. As I've moved a couple of times in those 18 years, I've continued to use Emend for any tech support I didn't or couldn't do myself. No regrets. Terry is responsive, as is the staff. They are knowledgeable and also patient enough to deal with a pseudo-tech such as myself who won't keep out of the way. I don't get complaints from my users and almost as important, I don't get complaints from the boss. They are security conscience. They manage our backups. While we may lose a workstation from time to time for a few hours, that's rare enough and the server up time is essentially 100%. I'm sure that's a combination of hardware and software, but the end result is what I care about.
